You are guaranteed that we will send the number of visitors that you have purchased to the URL that you specify, for as long as your traffic campaign URL remains in compliance with these Terms. This is the only guarantee for our services.

All orders placed through this website are subject to a $5.00 (US Five Dollars) early termination fee. If you decide to cancel your campaign at anytime after the first visitor has been delivered, and before its last, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any visitors that have been delivered on a pro-rata basis and an early termination fee.

All traffic services (except for the following: "Country Targeted Mainstream", and all Redirected Expired Domains "Gold" and "Platinum" packages) are covered by our 60 (Sixty) day guarantee. Any shortfall will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis from the date that you place a refund claim. Delivery of traffic will continue past the sixtieth day until you have received all the visitors that you purchased, if no claim is made.

"Country Targeted Mainstream", and all Redirected Expired Domains "Gold" and "Platinum" packages are "open ended" deliveries. We guarantee to deliver all the visitors that you purchased, but we cannot guarantee to deliver them within sixty days. Expedited campaigns can be set-up for an extra fee for all Redirected Expired Domains services.

If we are unable to deliver the number of visitors promised, you may claim a refund. In the unlikely event that we do not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rata basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered.

Stats, data, and other information from third party counters are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count. If we dispute your claim, you must provide us with raw server logs from the site and time period in question - this is the only reliable method of counting a visitor.


For the following traffic services: "Global Bulk Run Of Network", "Global Mainstream", "US Run Of Network Visitors", all "US Category Targeted" and "UK Category Targeted", "Global Category Targeted", "Country Targeted Mainstream", "US Gambling", and "Premium Casino", the following conditions apply:

We will not deliver visitors to sites with popup windows of any kind, i.e. Pop Ups, Pop Unders, Pop Behinds, Exit Pops, etc. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including dialog boxes, and javascript alert windows.

We will not deliver visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to: adult content, hate text, illegal content and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of our administrative staff.

All traffic campaigns must be sent to a single website URL. ("Split" campaigns to several URLs can be set-up for Redirected Expired Domains services only.) No frame-breaking code, background music or sound, Flash animation that takes more than 30 seconds to load, automatic downloads or scripts that alter user browser settings (auto homepage, bookmarks, etc.), advertising servers, ad rotators, or redirects of any kind are allowed.

We will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign, such that it includes inappropriate content, or violates the Terms and Conditions above, we may stop your campaign immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Gambling-related URLs cannot be sent to "mainstream" services. You must use one of the appropriate services ("US Gambling" or "Premium Casino") as their content is not considered suitable for general audiences.


For the following traffic services: "Premium Adult", "Premium Adult (One Pop Allowed)", and "US Premium Adult", the following conditions apply:

All of the above conditions, except that: "adult content" will be considered appropriate for these three targeted advertising campaigns only.


For the following traffic services: "Global Mainstream (One Pop Allowed)" and "Premium Adult (One Pop Allowed)", the following conditions apply:

All of the above conditions, except that the landing page of the traffic campaign can contain only one pop-up, pop-behind, or exit pop-up. In addition, the pop-up: (a) must not spawn additional popup windows, (b) must not include embedded sounds, (c) must appear entirely onscreen, (d) must not open a URL for a service that pays for popups or traffic (e.g. Focalex, Fastclick, Internet Fuel, Popup Traffic, etc.), (e) the standard close button must not be disabled or hidden and, (f) must only be generated using a JavaScript 'open' function.


We only rely on our tracking system for the number of hits sent to your website. Our tracking is the most accurate because the "hit counts" are incremented at the same exact time a visitor is sent to your site. Unlike third party counters, we do not have any load time to worry about. There are an enormous amount of counters with various load rates and it is impossible to accomodate each customer's counter. For example, some counters take as much as 30 seconds to count a visitor - some even more. We cannot control the behavior of the end user, or force them to stay on the site a certain length of time. If they choose to 'close out' prior to your counter load, it is still considered a delivered visitor. This is how we are charged by the networks that supply us traffic, which leaves us no other option but to charge our customers in the same manner.

In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site, and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are ordering.

TERMINOLOGY: (1) In the present context, a "visit" generally occurs when a text file is loaded from your server (this includes HTML files). A "hit" occurs when a file is loaded from your web server. Since loading a single web page can cause several files to load (e.g. images), several hits usually occur when a page is loaded. Thus, the number of hits is always greater than (or equal to) the number of visits. The term “number of visitors” is interchangeable with the term “number of visits.” Several “visits” may originate from a single IP address or individual. This generally occurs when an individual returns to or reloads a webpage.

(2) “Pro-rata” refunds are calculated by dividing the number of visits we delivered by the number of visits you ordered. The result of this calculation is subtracted from 1 and the resulting figure is multiplied by your purchase price to derive the “pro-rata” refund.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
